Why now?

Recalls and traction battery failures need an organised response

Many owners face the same set of problems. For now, the task is simple: register enough owners to show JLR there is an organised UK group ready to engage.

H441 / H448 / H570 / H571 / H572 campaigns — owner experiences around notification, booking times and outcomes vary during the ongoing UK and international recall campaigns.
Traction battery faults — spontaneous power loss and capacity limiting, traction faults, warning lights, and loss of vehicle performance affecting a large number of owners.
Approaching the 8-year / 100,000-mile battery warranty — Many I-PACEs will soon reach the end of their HV battery warranty period, raising urgent questions about long-term support and possible future costs.
Inconsistent experiences — owners have differing outcomes on loan cars, parts delays, goodwill payments, and warranty responsibility mean some owners receive fair treatment while others do not.

This is an advocacy group, not another forum

Our purpose is to understand what owners need, represent those views clearly, and pursue a fair and consistent resolution. We are not building an open comment board or a place for fragmented settlement demands.

Our preferred route

A constructive agreement

We want JLR to engage with an organised group of registered owners early, understand the range of owner preferences, and reach a broadly acceptable solution before Jaguar's next vehicle launch. A prompt, positive outcome would benefit owners, JLR, and confidence in the brand.

If that route fails

Owners keep their options

An organised group is prepared to consider other appropriate routes if constructive engagement does not succeed. We have legal counsel within the group to help test the process and options, but joining now does not enrol you in legal action. Any future proposal would be explained separately, and each owner would choose whether to take part.

Add your voice

Membership helps us show that UK I-PACE owners are organised, aligned, and ready to engage constructively. For now, we are only asking owners to register with a name and email address.

Owners working together
for fair outcomes

We are an independent group of Jaguar I-PACE owners. We collect structured evidence, engage constructively with JLR, and organise collectively so every owner has a voice that carries weight.

Why now?

I-PACE owners face a converging set of challenges that make collective action timely and important.

Traction battery faults — spontaneous power loss, warning lights, and loss of vehicle performance affecting a significant number of owners.
H441 / H448 / H570 / H571 / H572 campaigns — ongoing DVSA and international recall campaigns with varying owner experiences around notification, booking times and outcomes.
HV battery work and module replacements — some owners receive new modules or a full battery; others receive software updates only. Outcomes are inconsistent.
Battery State of Health concerns — degradation beyond what owners consider acceptable, with limited transparency about what JLR considers normal.
Approaching the 8-year / 100,000-mile battery warranty — many I-PACEs are now entering or beyond the original battery warranty period, raising urgent questions about long-term support.
Inconsistent owner experiences — differing outcomes on loan cars, parts delays, goodwill payments, and warranty responsibility mean some owners receive fair treatment while others do not.

Collective Voice

Individually, a warranty complaint is easy to dismiss. Together, hundreds of owners with documented, structured evidence are harder to ignore. We build that collective voice.

Constructive Approach

We want to work positively with JLR where possible. Our aim is a constructive resolution — fair, consistent treatment for all I-PACE owners — not a campaign of grievance.

Evidence Based

Forum anecdotes are easy to dismiss. Structured, verified data from hundreds of owners — battery State of Health, recall outcomes, delays, goodwill records — is credible and actionable.

This is not a legal action

Joining this group does not make you party to any legal claim. Our primary goal is constructive engagement and collective data collection. Legal action remains a possible alternative we hope to avoid through a constructive resolution.
