Three days after the group's introductory email, JLR made contact and proposed a face-to-face meeting with its UK Director of Client Care.

Signed-in members can now record who worked on their I-PACE, repair times, parts delays, goodwill support and miles driven with a fault.

A feature requested by a member: download your saved membership, vehicle, battery and service records as CSV files or a formatted Excel report.
