Evidence methodology published

We have published the full evidence methodology for the I-PACE Owners' Advocacy Group data collection.

The methodology explains:

• How data is collected through structured owner submissions
• The five verification levels applied to each entry
• What is published (anonymised aggregate statistics only)
• What is never published (personal data, full VINs)
• Known limitations of the dataset

Transparency about our methodology is important. We want owners, JLR, consumer bodies, and the media to be able to understand and scrutinise our evidence base.
