Our first member survey is now open. It asks which outcomes you would find acceptable for our discussions with JLR ahead of the September meeting, with a particular focus on the HV battery, long waits for parts, and wider reliability and safety concerns.
You can select every outcome you would support and, if you wish, mark one as your preferred outcome. Some options also offer space for an optional short detail. Your experience will help us understand where members' priorities align and where further work is needed.
A fairer way to vote
We do not show live results before you have submitted your own response. That keeps the vote independent. After you submit, you can review the aggregate results and update your response while the survey remains open. No free-text responses are published to members.
