Build a stronger service and fault record

I-PACE Owners' Advocacy Group

Signed-in members can now record who worked on their I-PACE, repair times, parts delays, goodwill support and miles driven with a fault.

The experience behind every repair matters. Members can now add more useful detail to each service or fault record in My Data, helping us understand not only which problems occur, but how owners are supported while they are put right.

What you can record

The updated service and fault form includes:

  • the service provider, searchable by name, town, postcode, county or address fragment;
  • whether it is an authorised Jaguar Land Rover service provider;
  • the final fix date, with days to resolution calculated automatically;
  • miles driven while the vehicle was faulty;
  • parts delays ranging from one week to four months or more;
  • whether a goodwill payment was received;
  • courtesy vehicle, warranty and dispute details; and
  • related recall or campaign references in a compact, wrapping grid.

Provider suggestions come from Jaguar's official UK retailer locator and include locations listed for electric-vehicle service. The directory changes over time, so always confirm current capabilities with the provider before booking.

Evidence where it is useful

The homepage's Our shared evidence is growing counters and vehicle-data prompt are now shown only after sign-in. They are there to help members see where their own records can strengthen the shared picture, without distracting people who are simply learning about the group.

Individual vehicle and service records remain private member data. Only consent-filtered, anonymous totals are used in the public evidence statistics.
