The I-PACE Owners site is live
The I-PACE Owners' Advocacy Group site is now live and ready for owners to join.
Our immediate goal is to bring owners together, understand the scale and pattern of the problems affecting I-PACEs, and build the organised evidence needed to pursue fair and consistent outcomes.
What you can do now
- Join the group with your name and email address.
- Register each of your I-PACEs in your private member workspace.
- Add vehicle information so we can understand the cars represented by the group.
- Record battery State of Health readings over time.
- Build a service and fault timeline for each vehicle, including relevant campaigns, repairs and dealer visits.
- Review your information in My Data whenever you sign in.
- Contribute to anonymised aggregate statistics when you give permission for your data to be included.
- Post about the group on social media to help more owners find us.
- Send ipace-owners.org to other I-PACE owners you know and invite them to join.
Every owner who joins strengthens our shared voice. Please help spread the word.
The site supports more than one vehicle per member. If you own or have owned multiple I-PACEs, add each one separately so its history remains accurate.
Signing in with your activation link
After joining, we send a secure activation link to the email address you registered. There is no password to remember.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes:
- Check your junk, spam and promotions folders.
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
- Request another link from the sign-in form rather than submitting the Join form again.
Some email services can delay automated messages briefly. Use the newest link if more than one eventually arrives.
What comes next
We will continue improving the evidence forms and member tools as the group grows. Public reporting will remain anonymised and aggregate; personal vehicle and member records stay behind authenticated access.
