First owner data collection planned

We are preparing the vehicle data submission form for launch. The form covers:

• Vehicle details and battery State of Health
• HV battery work history (type, dates, duration)
• Recall status (H570, H571, H572)
• Loan car provision and experiences
• Payments, goodwill, and expense records
• Consent options for data use

Data will be collected, verified, and presented as anonymised aggregate statistics on the public evidence dashboard.
