Export your member and vehicle data
A member asked for a straightforward way to take a copy of everything they have recorded with the group. That is now available from Export your data on the signed-in My Data account page.
Two useful formats
- Separate CSV files — a ZIP containing individual files for membership details, vehicles, State of Health readings, and service or fault history. CSV is a widely supported, machine-readable format that is useful for moving or analysing records.
- Excel report — a formatted workbook with Summary, Membership, Vehicles, SoH History, and Service & Faults sheets. Where enough records exist, the summary includes charts for battery State of Health over time and service or fault events.
Both downloads are prepared for the signed-in member at the time they ask for them. Internal account identifiers and security hashes are excluded. Only the final six characters of a VIN are included because full VINs are not stored.
Download a sample Excel report to see the layout. Every person, vehicle and event in the sample is fictional; it contains no member data.
Keep your download safe
Your own export may contain your email address, vehicle registration, retained VIN reference, battery readings, and notes about service or faults. The download is not cached by the application, but the copy saved to your device is then under your control. Store it securely and take care before sharing it.
