We are building Owners’ stories: a collection of I-PACE owners’ personal accounts, in their own words.
We are building a catalogue of personal experiences around high-voltage battery faults, recalls, range limits, public charging, delays and the effort needed to get problems fixed. Your story can help show the human impact behind the vehicle and service records we are collecting.
You could write about:
- why you bought your I-PACE and what you expected from it;
- how ownership compared with those hopes;
- how a battery fault, recall or range cap affected your work, family or travel; and
- what happened when you asked for help, including delays, repairs and the outcome.
Stories are reviewed by an administrator before publication. You can choose to publish on this website, and separately choose whether we may use the story and selected media in social media, press or publisher materials. Your contact details remain private.
